DTC Communication

Direct To Consumer Communications produces and manages events, sampling campaigns and health communication campaigns. They required an easy to use but feature rich and design flexible site to reflect their newly branded company. We delivered an open source content managed site with a client log in area. We also designed an innovative health communication campaign that enables DTC to send health reports directly via a branded email while actually in the field.

Ben's previous site lacked any of the flare or a even a drop of the energy and professionalism displayed by the the DTC team in the course of their work for there clients. Something had to change.

Direct To Consumer has an incredible list of clients including large FMCG brands such as Flora, Sanitarium and Yeo's. We redesigned the site to communicate the size, professionalism and experience of the company. They also had no means to update the site themselves and desperately wanted to take control after being at the mercy of web designers time lines! With this in mind we;

  • Created a new and more professional design for the site to leverage off the newly developed visual identity
  • Moved them from a flat site to a new open source content managed site
  • Migrated and updated the content across to the new site
  • Created individual secure areas that enables their clients to access private documents online
  • Add further engagement options to allow visitors to find out more about their service
  • Optimised the site to ensure higher visibility for search engines to increase leads

The new site really encompasses the new branding and is a great lead generating tool for Direct To Consumer.
