When Elizar first came to us she had a very limited budget available that fell under our basic start up site pricing. Elizar had so much passion and belief in her business, she made it impossible for us to say no to her.

Huggalugs has been one of our favourite ongoing projects. Elizar Mytka from Huggalugs has created a unique baby product, with the aid of our open source CMS site there business has grown from a micro-business in Sydney to a multi-national business with two new eCommerce sites servicing their US, UK, Japanese and potential new Chinese distributors. Watch this space, Elizar hasn't even started yet!

The results for Huggalugs have been impressive, despite launching their new site on a shoe string, the CMS has enabled very high visibility in search engines.

Direct sales in their range of baby products has lead to a massive boost in the sites eCommerce and as a result driven exposure of the Huggalugs brand to a global market.  

Huggalugs have also been using the web site to leverage distributor and partner opportunities. They have been able to quickly establish a reseller network on 3 continents within 18 months of starting the business. We have since replicated the site for their US, UK and European distributors and are looking at a more in-depth eCommerce solution to satisfy the group of distributors and their marketing requirements (and budget hasn't been a problem for quite a while!).

Specific results have been:

• Great visibility in Google using the Open-Source ModX content management system
  
• Great customer engagement with a fun and funky design that really reflects the personality of the business
  
• Development of a complimentary newsletter design for their email marketing campaign
• eMarketing campaigns average an 53% open rate (23% Av.)
